This rich navy knitted panne velvet is from John Kaldor so as you would expect it is lovely quality fabric. Suitable for dresses, tops and even trousers and skirts, it has a nice amount of stretch in the width with almost none in the length.

As with all velvets it has a nap so depending which way up the fabric is, the colour will look dark as midnight or almost royal.
